Monami Construction have completed the Full Restaurant Refurbishment of the Grain & Grill restaurant at the Maldron Hotel Newlands Cross, Dublin
The main works consisted of the following
- Construction of a new meet and greet area,
- Construction of a new coffee dock
- Tiling and decoration throughout
- Installation of bespoke joinery including balustrades, seating areas and servery furniture
The overall programme was a fast tracked 4 week one which was delivered on time and within budget
